Trust Yourself

Please hear this — and share it 🤍

Stop telling pregnant moms that decreased fetal movement is “normal” because the baby is getting bigger.

It isn’t. And that belief can be dangerous.

Babies do not run out of room to move.

They may change how they move — fewer big kicks, more rolls and stretches — but a noticeable decrease in movement is not something to ignore.

When a pregnant mom feels something is off, that instinct matters.

Too many women second-guess themselves because they’re afraid of being dramatic.

Too many are told, “You’re fine, it’s normal,” when their body is quietly asking for help.

If movement feels different.

If it feels less.

If your gut says something isn’t right — go get checked.

You are never “wasting their time.”

You are never “overreacting.”

You are protecting your baby.

One appointment. One check. One moment of listening to a mother’s intuition

can be the difference between reassurance… and regret.

Trust yourself.

Advocate loudly.

Your baby’s life is worth the drive, the monitor, the questions, and the tears.

To every pregnant mom reading this:

You are not annoying.

You are not dramatic.

You are a mother doing exactly what you’re supposed to do. 🤍
